SAN DIEGO COMEDY FESTIVAL

The San Diego Comedy Festival annually features national touring headliners and super funny comedians from all over the world. The San Diego Comedy festival works to provide performers opportunities to both showcase their talent and compete for cash prizes. Featuring performances in stand up, improv, live podcasts, workshops and more. Submissions open now. Come out and watch it all unfold live!

NoHo COMEDY FESTIVAL

The NoHo Comedy Festival - a celebration of love and appreciation for the HaHa - originated in 2018, instantly becoming a huge success. It is held in multiple locations across Los Angeles, in venues and restaurants like El Tejano and MOD Pizza. Each location featuring different shows and different comedians nightly, with celebrity comics including  Jimmy Yang, Damon Wayans Junior, and Ken Jeong. Additionally, many up and comers brought the laughs at the HaHa during the festival.

JESTERCOMEDY

JesterComedy Entertainment was created by comedian, actor, writer, pro-wrestler, promoter and MC JC Anderson. JesterComedy has been providing stand up comedians and has hosted several events for companies such as COCA-COLA, CLIFF CASTLE, THE GREEN ROOM, NAU, ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES, MADCAP THEATER, FLAGSTAFF OKTOBERFEST, SHADOWS FOUNDATION, AZ CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES, and other businesses around Arizona.

FLAGLAFFS

FlagLaffs is a comedy night in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona, founded to give local comics a place to find their voice and providing residents with the chance to laugh and unwind in the middle of the weeks. FlagLaffs is the only consistent open mic night for stand-up comedians in Flagstaff. In the short time they have been operating, their audiences have grown substantially in size as comics fine-tune and improve their performances. #lafflocal

BAR ROOM HEROES

Bar Room Heroes is a comedy/sports podcast hosted by three friends who happen to be comedians and sports fanatics. Listen each week as the guys discuss what happened in the sports world from the last week and laugh along as they disagree and yell at each other to try to prove their points. Sports may never be taken seriously again. Some past guests of the show include Sam Tripoli, Bret Ernst, Roy Wood Jr., and and Steve Simeone. Grab a beer and belly up to the bar with the Bar Room Heroes.

LITERALLY THE WORST SHOW EVER

Literally The Worst Show Ever is a semi-monthly comedy show that takes place in downtown Phoenix, AZ at Valley Bar. Anwar Newton and Dan Thomson produce and host an evening of stand-up comedy, live sketch comedy, and sketch videos with live music from house band Those Guys Over There led by band leader Cameron Knouse. Each show features local and national stand-up comedians with past headliners that include Marcella Arguello, Hampton Yount, Brody Stevens and many more.

Stir Crazy Comedy Club is a small, intimate venue with a classy lounge feel in the heart of Westgate Entertainment District above Whiskey Rose. Showcasing national touring comedians you've seen on Comedy Central, the Tonight Show, Letterman, etc.

COMEDY OFF MAIN ST.

Comedy Off Main St (COMS) is an intimate 50-seat comedy theatre. We book comedians that are the rising stars in comedy. COMS has hosted stand-up comedians who have appeared on Conan, The Ellen Show, Comedy Central, Fox TV Laughs, TLC, E’s Chelsea Lately, Showtime, PBS, TV Land, Nickelodeon, NBC Last Comic Standing and improvisers who studied and played at United Citizens Brigade NYC & LA and Second City Chicago.

LAFFS COMEDY CAFFÉ

Laffs Comedy Caffe' is not only the oldest comedy club in Arizona, it's the only club in Tucson. It has been continuously running since 1988.

Laff's has live stand-up shows by nationally touring comedians every Friday and Saturday night (2 shows a night!). Laff's also hosts a weekly Open Mic Nite every Thursday where you can get a glimpse at some of the Southwest's up and coming stars in the comedy world and even jump on stage yourself.

LAUGH AT ME

For those looking for the latest and a deeper look into the world of Phoenix comedy, this is your new home.

In 2018, stand-up specials and original programming are all over on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime and feature premier stand-up talent. Combine that with comics ability to easily create and distribute their own content is leading to another comedy boom.

BIRD CITY COMEDY FESTIVAL

Bird City Comedy Festival is a four-day celebration of all things comedy. Taking downtown Phoenix by storm every April, Bird City spotlights some of the best minds in stand up, improv, sketch, podcasting and storytelling from across the globe. Headliners for 2017 included Greg Behrendt (King Sweater, Walking the Room), Aparna Nancherla (Late Night with Seth Meyers, Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell) and Brent Weinbach (Conan and @midnight).
